Description
The extrusion blow molding machine is designed to produce various large and medium-sized plastic hollow products with PE, PP, PC and PVC material, such as chemical barrels, cosmetic bottle, lubrication bottle, gasoline tank and wind pipe.

All component parts of the blowing machine are produced by CNC machine in order to keep the precision. The hydraulic pump, pneumatic and electrical parts are imported from overseas. This extrusion blow molding machine is equipped with support bracket and linear guide rail in order to guarantee stability and keep higher moving speed.

6. This blowing machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system, which can add lubricant oil to the transmission parts regularly
7. Double proportional YUKEN valves can control the velocity and pressure, reversing valve controls the flow direction, and deceleration valve controls the speed
8. The series extrusion blow molding machines adopt light curtain safety protection system to guarantee the security of the operating personnel
9. The station and clamping plate is made of ductile cast iron, which is stable and durable
10. The extrusion blow molding machine can be equipped with divergent diem spiral die or plastic extrusion die based on the user preferences
